AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
Live Audition
Process: Call (607) 351-5547 to set up a convenient audition time in Ellensburg, WA
Audition: Two pieces of contrasting styles representative of your playing
Recording
Format: Video tape or audio recording (CD or cassette tape), clearly labeled
Content: Two pieces of contrasting styles representative of your playing
Length: 5-15 minutes preferred

Full Package plus one extra night for Tacoma Youth Symphony EMF participants.

Tution, 27 meals, and one extra night of lodging for participants who are staying on for the Evergreen Music Festival. Dinner will be provided off campus on July 25th.

TIMELINE
April 1st Application Deadline (Applications may be considered after deadline if space is available.)
May 3rd Notification of acceptance and registration package will be mailed out.
June 1st Registration materials and full payment are due. A $30 late fee will apply to all registrations/payments made after June 1st.
June 15th Repertoire assignments will be mailed to registered participants. Participants will be responsible for obtaining their own parts/score.
 
Written cancellation notice received by the CWU Conference Program by 5pm on July 11, 2009 will receive a refund less a $100 non-refundable deposit. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a refund to be processed. After 5pm July 11, all fees paid will be forfeited.
